Would You Let AI Buy for You?

People want the help. They just don’t want to give up the credit card. In Accenture’s survey of more than 25,000 customers, 74% let an agent help them shop and only 9% were open to letting one buy on its own. So the purchase is still human. The shortlist isn’t. If AI isn’t recommending you, you’re harder to find.
